ICSM Strategic Plan 2005-2010The ICSM Strategic Plan 2005-2010 can be viewed as a .pdf file. Who is ICSMICSM is the Intergovernmental Committee on Survey and Mapping and is made up of representatives from all the Australian States, Territories, the Commonwealth and New Zealand. Members are responsible for government surveying and mapping functions in their jurisdiction. VisionWorld best national land and seabed spatial data infrastructure providing sustainable benefits for Australians and New Zealanders. ICSM's RoleICSM's role is to provide leadership, coordination and standards for surveying, mapping and charting, and assembling and maintaining national framework data sets. Framework data includes geodetic, topographic, cadastral, street addressing, tides and sea level, and geographical names. ICSM's coverage includes both land and sea. Key StakeholdersICSM's key stakeholders include ANZLIC - the Spatial Information Council, Office of Spatial Data Management (OSDM); PSMA Australia Limited (Public Sector Mapping Agencies); jurisdictional governments, plus national spatial professional and business associations.
