Sea Level and the Tidal Zone
Tidal Interface Compendium of Related Terms
The compendium lists and defines tidal terms used across Australia and New Zealand and gives the definitions for those terms. In many areas similar or identical terms are used to describe different things and/or different terms are used to describe the same thing.
Terms include Highest Astronomical Tide, Mean High Water, Mean Seal Level etc. There are two versions of the Compendium - an abridged version (top image) and the full version (bottom image).
